A Green Bay woman has now been officially charged in an overdose death case.
According to WBAY TV, 40-year-old Kandice King had her bond set at $75,000 yesterday (April 16th) as she faces charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide as Party to the Crime and Facilitating a Drug Transaction.
Also arrested in the case was 37-year-old Michael Franklin, who allegedly sold the drugs to the victim after King set up the deal. Messages between King and Franklin were found, confirming their connection.
King is next due in court on June 5th, while Franklin has been charged with 1st Degree Reckless Homicide by Delivery of Drugs and Felony Bail Jumping and is due for a status conference on May 23rd.
