There is only one meeting scheduled for today (April 15th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Common Council will be in the Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m., where a proclamation declaring April 26th as Arbor Day will be read.
There will also be a pair of public hearings regarding two proposed zoning changes before the public is given time to voice input.
The Council will then get an update on the former Lakeshore and Mid-Cities Mall properties before looking over the term sheet for the incoming hotel near the AMC Theater.
The group will also discuss seasonal pay for the police department, the K9 Memorial Statue Fundraising Program, the conditional use permit for the Manitowoc Warming Shelter, and the renaming of Clay Pit Road to Chiefs Way.
