The man who shot the mother of his child has been sentenced to eight years in prison.
Samuel Bonanno pleaded guilty to reduced charges in January, with prosecutors dropping an attempted homicide charge.
The incident occurred at a residence on Greenway Cross, but the victim survived after receiving medical attention.
Following his prison term, Bonanno will undergo five years of supervision.
