A couple from Indianapolis are trying to dismiss their case involving an attempted homicide.
59-year-old Clarence Holder and 62-year-old Dianne Holder are facing charges a man was shot during a burglary.
Last week, the Holders asked Judge Mark Rohrer to dismiss the case and make bond modifications.
Clarence will be back in court on May 3rd, and a decision will be made about Dianne later this month. Clarance allegedly shot someone who lied in the 2700 block of Viebahn Street after asking for his “stuff.”
He was also allegedly dressed as a delivery worker.
He’s charged with attempted 1st-degree intentional homicide, attempted robbery, burglary, and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
Dianne allegedly was the person who waited for Clarence to return.
She’s been charged with the exact charges of being a party to a crime except for the firearm as a convicted felon charge.
