There aren’t any real updates yet on the Big Blue Cranes in Manitowoc.
After speaking with a representative from Broadwind Heavy Fabrications, who are building the cranes, they couldn’t give much information about when they will be shipped out.
Director of Business Development Brett Hartman previously told Seehafer News last year that the cranes would be sent to U.S. Navy shipyards to service the submarine fleet.
One is scheduled to go to Washington State, while the second would travel to Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.
