A Sheboygan state representative is running for another term.
Rep. Amy Binsfeld will run for her seat in the newly redrawn 26th representative district, which now encompasses the entire city.
She says she’s proud of what’s been accomplished during this past legislative session and much of it with strong bipartisan support.
Two bills she authored were signed into law by Governor Evers, and she says she welcomes the opportunity to continue helping the community grow and thrive with commonsense solutions.
An announcement from Binsfeld continues saying she wants to keep working with constituents to address their concerns, tax relief for families, retirees, and parents to help with rising costs and improve educational outcomes and opportunities.
Binsfeld finishes by saying we’ve made great progress on addressing problems, and she appreciates the voters’ trust in her during the past legislative session.
