A northeastern Wisconsin city is getting help through the Wisconsin DNR Safe Drinking Water Loan Program.
The city of Appleton will get funding through the program to replace water mains on Spencer Street.
No environmental study or further environmental review is needed before the money goes to the city.
The public is encouraged to submit comments regarding the decision to fund the project.
