In the aftermath of a fierce storm, utility crews are racing against time to restore electricity to thousands of residents across northern Wisconsin.
The impact is particularly severe in and around Green Bay, where a significant portion of the state’s population remains without power.
We Energies reports extensive outages in Appleton, Neenah, Seymour, and Pulaski, while residents of Door County lament a near-complete blackout across the peninsula.

Both utilities attribute the disruptions to heavy, wet snowfall and gusts of up to 60 miles per hour experienced earlier this week.
