As the City of Green Bay prepares for election day and a rally for former President Donald Trump, law enforcement is voicing some concerns.
The rally is scheduled to take place at the Hyatt Regency, located at 333 Main Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, but asĀ WFRV TV reports, the Green Bay Police Department and the Republican Party of Brown County were not given any advance notice.
Now, law enforcement is trying to take the proper precautionary measures to ensure the safety of those attending the rally, with no threats being reported as of this morning.
The Green Bay Police Department has stated that they are reaching out to agencies from around the area and at the federal level for additional support on the day.
Seehafer News submitted a request to attend the rally, but our request was denied.
No reason was given.
