In Rock County, two educators accused of misconduct at an elementary school will not face charges.
Following allegations of physically restraining a seven-year-old student who ran through school hallways, a library aide and a school counselor were under scrutiny.
District Attorney David O’Leary stated that after reviewing video evidence and police reports, he couldn’t establish grounds to persuade a jury of criminal wrongdoing.
