Former President Donald Trump has announced a visit to Titletown.
The presumptive Republican nominee in the upcoming presidential election announced that he will be at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Green Bay on April 2nd, with the doors opening at 2:00 p.m.
Former President Trump is expected to give his remarks at around 5:00 p.m.
While he is on the ballot for the Wisconsin primary, former President Trump has already won most other state’s primaries, meaning we are likely to see a 2020 presidential rematch between Trump and President Joe Biden.
The state of Wisconsin has gone back and forth on the Republican, granting him the ten electoral college votes in 2016, but in 2020, the state flipped to blue, albeit by a narrow 0.63% margin.
When broken down by county, the majority of the state voted Republican in both elections, which were both won by less than 1% of the vote, with the Madison and Milwaukee areas, along with northwest Wisconsin, voting Democrat both times.
Polls open next Tuesday for the presidential primary and many local races at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
