One of several men connected in a child porn case has been released from jail.
According to WHBL, Adam Westbrook was released late last week after a judge ordered him to be placed on 24-hour electronic monitoring.
Westbrook is facing several federal charges related to child porn and exploitation after he was found with videos that he had allegedly shared with others.
Those videos were reported to be of a child he and his partner share and were taken in a hotel.
Westbrook is the former director of human services for the City of Sheboygan and the former director of Outagamie County Human Services.
Three other individuals have also been arrested in connection to Westbrook, including former Racine County Sheriff’s Deputy Preston Kite, with whom Westbrook had shared videos.
Also arrested in connection to this case were roommates Jordon Boudreau and Noah Thiel, who created some of the videos that Westbrook possessed.
Westbrook will be under house arrest, including having restricted access to electronic devices, with his next court appearance scheduled for July 11th.
