An Appleton man was arrested on an OWI charge for the seventh time Thursday.
According to WFRV TV, the Wisconsin State Patrol had responded to a crash on Highway 15 near I-41 in the Township of Grand Chute.
Two vehicles were involved, and some private property was damaged in the crash.
29-year-old Gunnar J. Springer was found passed out behind the wheel of one of the cars.
He was woken up, and a field sobriety test revealed several signs of intoxication.
Springer was taken to an area hospital for a blood draw and was booked into the Outagamie County Jail on his 7th OWI.
