Authorities have apprehended a suspect in connection with a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred last week in Madison, claiming the life of a cyclist.
The as-yet-unidentified motorist has been charged with one count of hit-and-run involving death and was booked into the Dane County Jail shortly before 6 p.m. yesterday.
The charges stem from the crash that occurred last Friday evening near the intersection of Lien Road and Parkside Drive, resulting in the death of 35-year-old Joseph Solomon.
