The Manitowoc County Fish and Game Protective Association has teamed up with Leede Research to conduct a conservation survey.
This survey is the first step in an overall program designed to better position area sporting clubs and conservation organizations for the future, addressing key issues for the future.
With declining membership in Manitowoc County’s 25 sporting clubs, the Fish and Game Protective Association is looking to identify awareness in the community and how groups might better engage with sporting and conservation clubs, and to understand the unique needs of younger generations to create a better foundation for the future.
The survey takes about 10 minutes and can be completed on a computer, smartphone, or tablet by visiting LeedeWI.com/Outdoors.
Dean Halverson, Leede’s CEO, will present the results of the study to conservation leaders from the county.
He also informed Seehafer News that 145 surveys had been completed as of Friday afternoon. They hope to have 350 done by the end of the month.
