A man was arrested Thursday morning (March 14th) after he dropped his pants in Downtown Manitowoc.
According to the criminal complaint, officers were called to the area of North 8th and York Streets just before 9:45 a.m. on a report of a man walking with his pants around his ankles.
The individual who reported the incident informed the officers that the individual had exposed his genitals to them.
By the time officers arrived, the man had entered the Manitowoc Public Library.
When the officer tried to speak with the 43-year-old man, he refused and tried to push past the officers.
After being informed that he was resisting, the man sat down against a wall, where he was handcuffed and taken to the Manitowoc County Jail on a charge of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior.
