Two significant closures were announced in the City of Sheboygan.
According to WHBL, a section of Cleveland Avenue will be closed for the next three weeks as the Department of Public Works conducts some utility work between North 23rd and 24th Streets.
There will be some storm sewer improvements in that area, with a projected completion date of April 8th.
Additionally, the east side of Evergreen Park is now closed off as crews begin removing fallen trees.
The majority of the trees fell when the area was struck by some heavy winds in June of 2022, and while many had been moved, crews will now be clearing all of them out.
The closure is in effect between 7:00 and 3:00 p.m. on weekdays in the sections known as areas 2 and 4, which are located along Calumet Drive on the northeast side of the park.
