A large police presence was seen in downtown Manitowoc early Saturday morning.
Police covered a 2-block area of York and 8th Street.
Seehafer News contacted the Shift Commander’s Office at the Manitowoc Police Department but was able to get little information.
We were told that no arrests were made while the police were there.
We will give an update if we learn more information.
