In Dewhurst Township, tragic events unfolded as a tractor-trailer collided with a van at an intersection on a state highway last Friday morning, claiming the lives of nine individuals.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office released a statement revealing that the devastating incident occurred when the tractor-trailer, traveling east on Highway 95, collided with a van heading northbound on County Road J.
The aftermath proved to be devastating, with both the tractor-trailer driver and the van’s driver succumbing to the crash, along with seven of the eight passengers on board.
The eighth passenger, whose condition remains unknown, was promptly transported to a hospital for medical attention.
