A Sheboygan woman has been charged with drinking and driving for a second time.
According to WHBL, The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office says the woman backed into another vehicle at County Highway Y and Superior Ave. around 2:40 am last Thursday.
Her vehicle was then seen in the village of Kohler dragging parts behind it and making gouge marks in the pavement.
By the time Sheboygan Police pulled her over, she was only driving on two tires while her other wheels were on rims.
It’s not known how the other tires fell off. She was charged with her second OWI plus hit and run and unsafe backing.
