A stroke was the cause of death for one of the inmates at the prison in Waupun, while the other passed away due to an overdose.
The Dodge County Medical Examiner recently determined the causes of death for two of the inmates who died.
Over the past eight months, four inmates have died in Waupun, with the M.E. concluding that the stroke was a natural death and the overdose was accidental.
Additionally, one inmate committed suicide while in solitary confinement, and the fourth inmate was discovered deceased in solitary at the end of last month.
According to prison officials, the inmate found dead in solitary passed away in his sleep.
