A single-vehicle crash caused some damage in Two Rivers.
According to City Manager Greg Buckley’s report, a vehicle struck and destroyed a traffic signal and a Washington Street Bench at the corner of 18th and Washington before traveling over a retaining wall at The Schmitt Brothers Stage and landing atop several benches in the stage seating area.
No one was hurt, including the driver. Buckley says accident and insurance information was obtained, and a claim against the driver’s insurance is being pursued.
