The Green Bay woman charged with selling drugs out of a Green Bay daycare is having her arraignment postponed.
According to Fox 11, 21-year-old Tatina Quinones was back in court yesterday for her hearing, but it was delayed because she doesn’t have a lawyer.
A criminal complaint says an undercover agent arranged the purchase of 50 fentanyl pills for $350 and allegedly met Quinones in the parking lot on January 3rd to complete the deal.
Video footage apparently shows that the drugs were being stored inside the bathroom of the “1-year-old room.”
Since then, the daycare license was revoked, and the owner shut down the facility.
Quinones is scheduled to be back in court on April 15th.
