Tomah Police are mourning as they bid farewell to one of their esteemed K9 officers, Raiden.
Tragically, Raiden lost his life earlier this week in a devastating car accident.
Late on Monday night, after relieving himself, Raiden was struck by a vehicle while venturing onto the road.
Despite the swift efforts of Tomah Police, who promptly rushed him to a nearby veterinary clinic, Raiden could not be saved.
At present, no information is available regarding plans for a public memorial to honor Raiden’s memory.
