A teenager in Kenosha led police on a chase through Pleasant Prairie after being spotted speeding and driving recklessly.
According to reports, despite officers’ attempts to stop the driver, they fled the scene and continued driving even after spikes were deployed.
The driver was eventually pulled over after crossing the border into Illinois.
The police took the sixteen-year-old driver and four passengers into custody.
