State Representative Kristina Shelton, a Democrat from Green Bay, has announced she won’t seek re-election, citing a desire to pursue her professional endeavors beyond the State Assembly.
Shelton joins a growing list of lawmakers who have declared their intentions for the upcoming year.
Alongside retirements, there’s a notable trend of legislators eyeing new districts, with Democratic State Representative Alex Joers being the latest to make such a move, as announced yesterday.
