The fate of the individual responsible for driving through the Irvine Park Christmas display last December remains undecided.
Ebony Hudson’s competency assessment, scheduled for yesterday, was delayed as she contested the report before the judge’s ruling.
Accused of intentionally damaging the Christmas lights in Chippewa Falls, Hudson is set to return to court in mid-April for further proceedings.
