Authorities in Westby have made a second arrest concerning a UTV hit-and-run incident in Vernon County.
Robert Purvis, 21, was arrested for first-degree Reckless Endangerment for his involvement in the incident that left a woman seriously injured on February 4th.
The first suspect, 22-year-old Mitchell McKittrick, was apprehended following the crash.
