There are four Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (February 26th).
First up is the Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Steering Committee, which will be in the Communications at Technology Building at 10:00 this morning.
After hearing comments from the public and recapping the previous meeting, the group will review the draft of Chapter 3 of the Hazard Mitigation Plan.
Then, at 3:30 p.m., the Planning and Park Commission will hold an advisory meeting in the County Office Complex, where they will discuss three zoning change requests in the Towns of Schleswig, Rockland, and Gibson.
Public hearings for those requests will be heard during the full commission meeting, which is slated to begin at 4:00 p.m. In that meeting, they will also discuss the acceptance of the 2024-2025 Snowmobile Trail Maintenance Resolution.
Closing out the day will be the Executive Committee, which will be in the Admin Office at 4:30 p.m.
The only item on their agenda is a discussion about the County Board Rules.
These are the only Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for this week.
