The case of Adam Westbrook continues to spread throughout southeastern Wisconsin, as another individual was arrested.
According to WHBL, Westbrook had recorded four sexually explicit videos of his and his husband’s prepubescent male child at a Wisconsin Dells resort on January 27th.
Those videos were then reportedly shared with Racine County Sheriff’s Deputy Preston Kite, who was arrested earlier this month on a charge of Indecent Exposure.
Kite had allegedly exposed himself to another man in a Racine County truck stop bathroom on February 4th while in uniform.
A search of his phone uncovered the aforementioned videos, leading to additional charges of Child Sexual Exploitation, Possession of Child Pornography, and Disorderly Conduct being added to his case.
Westbrook is also linked to the Kaukauna and Menahsa School Districts, as he was helping with their musical productions, and the City of Sheboygan, as he was previously their Human Resources Director.
He was serving as the Outagamie County Human Services Director when he was arrested.
