A plea deal has been reached for a Green Bay teen charged in the death of another teen.
According to FOX11, 16-year-old Sienna Pecore was in Brown County Court this week where a deal was reached, however the details have yet to be released.
A trial was set to begin next week, but this deal pulls the trial off of the calendar.
Pecore is facing charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, Hit and Run Involving Death, Taking and Driving a Vehicle Without Consent, and two counts of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety after she took her mother’s car in October 2022 and crashed it.
She was said to be traveling at speeds of over 110 miles per hour at the time of the crash, which resulted in the death of Cruz Beltran.
Pecore is next due in court on Monday.
