
The man facing charges for his role in a fatal crash in Allouez last year will have to wait a bit longer for his trial.
Kelton Snulligan was due for a pre-trial conference on Friday (February 16th), but according to WBAY TV, it was changed to a status hearing, and his pre-trial hearing was postponed until April 12th.
Snulligan was allegedly under the influence when he crashed his vehicle into another in the 2200 block of South Webster Avenue in July of 2023.
Luis Rios-Alvarado and Trevor M. Herman died at the scene, and four other people were taken to local hospitals for treatment of various injuries.
Snulligan was also allegedly combative with hospital staff.
Snulligan is due back in court on March 22nd for a status conference, and his trial is scheduled to begin on May 6th.
