Authorities in Brookfield have yet to release details regarding the circumstances that caused a woman to veer across the median and collide head-on with three vehicles.
The woman, reported to be in her 40s, tragically lost her life in the accident along Capitol Drive in Brookfield yesterday.
According to investigators, she was traveling westbound when she crossed the median, resulting in the fatal collision.
Emergency responders pronounced her deceased at the scene.
