Bail is set at $500 cash for a 32-year-old Two Rivers man who has been officially charged with OWI-Fourth Offense.
Emmanuel F. Milton was taken into custody last Saturday night in Manitowoc.
An officer noticed that a vehicle was driving behind him on Washington Street at about 6:45 p.m. without its headlights on.
Both units pulled into the Marcos Pizza parking lot, and a check of Milton’s plates revealed that he did not have a valid driver’s license and was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
The arresting officer then noticed a smell of alcohol on Milton’s breath and booked him on the 4TH OWI along with two counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Conditions of bail are that Milton is not to operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and maintain “absolute sobriety.”
He remains in The County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for February 19th at 9:30 a.m.
