Oak Creek Schools have adjusted the suspension period for a teacher accused of engaging in inappropriate conduct with a student.
Initially proposed as a 10-day suspension, the duration was later reduced after discussions between the teacher, Rachel Goodle, and the school superintendent.
Revelations from Goodle’s personnel file shed light on the incident, which originated when a school custodian discovered Goodle and the student together in her locked classroom.
Following an investigation prompted by rumors, Goodle eventually admitted to the alleged misconduct.
She is now facing charges and is no longer employed by Oak Creek Schools.
