A Pepin County resident has reached a plea agreement to resolve legal proceedings stemming from the rescue of 87 dogs from his property last year.
Bradley Richardson’s property was the site where these dogs were discovered in deplorable conditions last June, with reports citing filthy kennels and inadequate provisions of food and water.
Additionally, skulls were reportedly unearthed.
This week, Richardson pleaded guilty to charges of animal mistreatment and unlicensed breeding.
He is obligated to pay fines along with court expenses exceeding $1,000.
