
A man from Menasha is facing charges for his role in an Appleton shooting.
According to a report on WBAY TV, 29-year-old Ferris Robinson is facing charges of Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Possession of a Firearm as a Convicted Felon for the incident on November 25th.
A large fight broke out that night in the 500 block of West College Avenue, during which Robinson allegedly pulled out a gun and shot an individual.
The victim did survive.
The charges against Robinson were told to him while he was already in police custody, as he has been incarcerated for various warrant and probation violations since December.
He was in court Tuesday for his initial appearance, and the online court record known as CCAP has not been updated to show his next court date.
