A Green Bay daycare is in some legal trouble after drugs were sold at the facility.
According to a report from WBAY TV in Green Bay, investigators received a report of illegal drugs being sold on the property by an employee of the Green Bay Academy on January 3rd.
The incident report noted that the fentanyl was inside the childcare center during the hours of operation while children were being cared for.
In total, the Green Bay Academy had 12 violations filed against them on January 25th, including having improper staff-to-child ratios, which led to the facility’s license being revoked last week Thursday (February 1st).
