A standoff in Menasha ended with less-than-lethal tactics and a man in custody.
According to a report by WBAY TV, officers were dispatched to a home in the city at around 11:15 Wednesday evening following a text to the 911 line.
A woman in the home told police that a 41-year-old man in the residence was armed, was out on bond, and had been ordered to stay away from that home.
By the time police arrived, everyone but the suspect was outside, and the man had barricaded himself in the basement.
Winnebago County SWAT was called in to assist at around 5:30 p.m., but the standoff continued.
SWAT eventually used less-than-lethal tactics to get to the man and take him into custody.
He was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries and is now in the Winnebago County Jail.
No officers were hurt, and no additional information has been released.
