A unanimous decision by the State Assembly in Wisconsin has brought the state one step closer to prohibiting the sale and possession of child sex dolls.
The approved plan also includes enhanced penalties for dolls resembling specific children.
State Representative Joy Goeben emphasized the importance of preventing the normalization of inappropriate relations between adults and children.
The legislation is now awaiting approval from Governor Evers.
