The Valders/Roncalli co-op gymnastics team hosted Manitowoc Lincoln last night and took down the visitors in a close meet, 125.175 to 122.7.
The home squad’s Carla Sieracki had a great night, earning first place finishes on the bars, the beam, and in the all-around, while Mekenna Kaderabek and Devin Talley tied for the top scores on the floor, both earning a score of 8.375.
Addison Spindler also scored a first-place finish on the vault, while Manitowoc Lincoln’s top finish came from Erin Borchardt, who came in second on the beam.
The Ships gymnasts are back in action next Monday (January 29th) when they host Kaukauna.
Valders/Roncalli, meanwhile, will be in Antigo this Friday, where they will be one of ten schools competing.
