Shawn Gill, the individual shot by a homeowner during a New Year’s Day home break-in in Blair, now faces charges filed by prosecutors in Trempealeau County.
Gill allegedly kicked in the door of a residence early that morning and was shot by the homeowner.
Authorities claim Gill broke into two other homes as well.
He appeared in court, where the judge set his bail at $20,000.
