A pizza delivery driver in Oshkosh has been bound over for trial for a fatal hit-and-run.
Mark Radley is facing a charge of Hit-and-Run Causing Death after he allegedly hit a 38-year-old man on January 10th.
The incident occurred on Ohio Street, with the victim passing away before he could be taken to a hospital.
Police officers located a van with some front-end damage, leading to an interview with Radley.
He told investigators that he was on a delivery at the time and asked police if he had hit something.
Radley is due back in court on February 5th, where he will hear evidence from the state and enter a plea.
