Orlando Pacheco is now facing homicide and sexual assault charges for allegedly strangling a woman in a Franklin hotel room earlier this month.
Prosecutors claim there is cell phone video evidence showing Pacheco strangling the woman with a belt while she pleaded for him to stop.
The incident occurred on January 5th at the Modern 41 motel, where the woman was found dead.
Pacheco, located at a nearby bus stop, may face a life sentence if convicted.
