Manitowoc Campus is still trying to get rid of the books in their library.
The in-person services at the library at the former UW Manitowoc, as well as at the Marinette branch of UWGB, were cut at the end of 2023, leaving a room filled with books unable to be read.
So, campus leadership decided to sell them all in a one-day-only sale, which was held last week.
However, there are still plenty of books remaining, even after over 800 were sold.
So, next week, Wednesday (January 24th) and Thursday, the public is invited to peruse what is left and buy any book they would like for only $1.
The Marinette campus went a different direction and filled a dumpster with their leftover books.
