
The Manitowoc Lincoln boys were at Bay Port last night, where they fell to the Pirates 76-57.
Brian Norton called the game on 107.9 FM WOMT and at WOMTRadio.com and reported that the Ships were within striking distance early in the second half, but a 13-0 run by Bay port would put an end to Manitowoc’s hopes, as they took the 19 point loss.
Eddie Bolchen led the Ships with 15 points, while Brayden Bender came in off the bench to tally 13, and Brayden Steinbecker added 12.
Bay Port was led by Madux Cornette, who had 20 points on the night.
Bay Port improves to 5-8 on the season and 5-3 in the FRCC, while the ships fall to 6-6 on the season, 3-4 in the FRCC.
Manitowoc Lincoln will be back in action Friday when they host Ashwaubenon at the JFK Fieldhouse, while By Port hosts De Pere the same night.
