The trails in Manitowoc County opened up at 11:00 a.m.

Now that there is snow on the ground, many outdoorsmen and women are itching to get on their snowmobiles and hit the trails.
As of this morning, all of the trials in Manitowoc County are still closed, according to the Manitowoc County website.
However, the trails in Sheboygan County have opened, according to the Northern Kettle Moraine Snowmobile Association of Sheboygan County.
Also, a few trails in Outagamie County have opened up.
The trails in Zone 2, which is the east, central part of the county, are open, as are all of the trails in Brown County.
Riders are being warned of potential open water still present under the snow, as it does act as an insulator for what is underneath.
