The Heritage Center in Manitowoc is going to be busy tonight (January 16th), but first, the Manitowoc County Traffic Safety Commission gathered at 10:00 a.m. in the Sheriff’s Office.
They looked over the site evaluations for the intersection of County Roads Q and V before getting a DOT report.
Then, at 5:15 p.m., the Finance Committee will begin a series of four meetings in the Heritage Center.
The only item of note is the proposed approval of the borrowing of just over $4 million for the Courthouse improvement project.
The Personnel Committee will then be in the Education Room at 5:45 p.m. to discuss the salary for the County Clerk, the Register of Deeds, and the Treasurer before discussing worker compensation and the health plan.
Closing out the day will be the Committee of the Whole and the Board of Supervisors, who will both be in the Board Room at 6:00 p.m., with the main item of discussion being the funding of the Courthouse improvement project.
