The co-op swim team of Kiel/Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah took home a team win in the Chilton pool yesterday (January 11th).
The KELG team ended the triangular with 140 points, while the co-op of Brillion/Valders/Chilton earned 124, and Berline/Green Lake ended the night with 38.
Danny Boyer had a good night in the pool for the KELG team as he took home gold in the 200 individual medley and 100 freestyle events and was a part of the first place 200 medley relay, also comprised of Aaron Fenderwisch, Sam Madson, and Daniel Madson.
Daniel Madson was a dual winner, claiming the 500 freestyle, while Sam Keuler also earned a win for KLEG, coming in first in the 100 butterfly.
Diver Sawyer Moore won the lone event of the evening.
The Brillion/Valders/Chilton co-op had wins in the 200-yard freestyle relay, consisting of Adam Bunnell, Tarik Schneider, Bryce Hedtke, and Kevin Halverson, who also won the solo 200-yard freestyle event.
Hedtke, meanwhile, also took home gold in the 100 breaststroke and 50 free.
Gavin Buechel also claimed victory in the 100 backstroke.
