A Waukesha resident shares a cautionary tale after firefighters had to extricate him from his snowblower during Tuesday’s snowstorm.
Tyler Hoeffner recounted to TMJ4 that it was his inaugural use of the new snow blower, resulting in his hand becoming stuck in the chute.
Firefighters initially attempted to dismantle the snowblower but ultimately had to employ a saw.
Hoeffner acknowledges that he wasn’t exercising due caution and considers himself fortunate that his hand wasn’t more severely injured.
This incident serves as a valuable lesson on safety when operating snowblowers.
